Volunteer Explanation of Duties

The following are duties our volunteers preform in the shelter:

• Walk dogs
• Socialize dogs
• Train Dogs
• Socialize Cats
• List special Characteristics of adoptable animals for public to see
• Assist potential adopters
• Take pictures of animals
• Duties performed outside shelter:
• Send out Rescue list
• Plan Special Events
• Foster animals
• Transport Animals
• Collect needed items for fosters and shelter animals
• Plan Fund Raisers

We value every volunteer! If you can only do one of these duties it will contribute tremendously and the animals will be so thankful for your time and effort!
